@DestinyxSilva Even if you think your mods never cause issues, this patch has been huge and has broken a lot of mods. Remove your mods folder and try again because what you describe is most likely caused by mods.

    If you have the get to college/university mod or UI cheats expansion, I found that these mods took away my sim's ability to sit. Also the Fissure combined bed energy mod conflicts with claiming beds and probably takes away their ability to sit. I hope this helped.
