Does anyone know where to find the following, or are they missing?
(I mean where to find them in their categories, if they don't show up in the initial context menu, which sometimes they do and sometimes they don't)

Yep, I agree that it is pretty annoying trying to find certain interactions from the new menu. Just yesterday I noticed also that "ask for present" from Father Winter is gone and thought it was a bug on its own, but apparently it's part of this larger problem. Haven't noticed yet any other interaction missing but maybe because sometimes I just give up trying to find something thinking that I just missed it from the million different menus.
Is it just me, or is the Parenthood interaction "Discuss [Sad/Angry/Tense/etc.] Mood" missing?
Ask About Day is now called Check In On and it's under Friendly/Small Talk.
Ask To Be Boyfriend/Girlfriend is under Romance/Affection.
I think many situational actions are missing or we're just unable to locate them quick enough during the situation in the new menu? I believe if two sims are drinking, they could make a toast, but I was unable to find that interaction anymore. Maybe there should be a submenu for available situational interactions, when it's applicable? For example that when two sims drink there will be a make a toast interaction. Or maybe not even a submenu, just besides the pies for friendly, affection etc, that it just pops up next to those regular categories?...
If you're OK with mods, I recommend TwistedMexi's Smarter Pie Menu. Instead of hunting for the interaction you want, you can type in the name and it will pull up. It saves me so much time digging through multiple levels of the menu.
@IrisuChan It could be that both sims have to be sitting down. Which is odd to me, since where I live, everyone stands up to make a toast 🙂
