How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the Fear-Be-Gone Potion from the rewards store and use it to remove a fear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fear gets removed on instant after selecting the fear, before the sim drinks the potion, which leaves a big enough time window for the player to cancel the interaction and remove all fears without needing to work.
What do you expect to see? I expect the interaction to not be cancellable as it is exploitative and not intended as there are potions with non-cancellable interactions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
