1000% it's not a mod issue, gone through all my mods/cc and problem still not fixed sadly, and tested without mods.
Did you ever find a solution? I’m having the same problem ☹️
@xostephxtaylorxo Do you use mods or CC at all? And are you on the current game patch, 1.105?
