[V] Spar interaction is missing

Whoever having trouble with this  your sims have to be grand masters and master vampires . My own sim is a grand master and the other is a master vampire  and  the other show up. Hope this helps

    That's not true. Vampiric Spar is not limited to Master and Grand Masters. I just checked and Fred Schuler, a Prime Vampire in one of my saves, can use Vampiric Spar with Caleb and Lilith Vatore (Master Vampires), Vladislaus Straud (Grandmaster Vampire), and Tomoko Saito (Fledgling Vampire). That only leaves Minor Vampires, but since even a Fledgling Vampire can use Vampiric Spar, I'm sure that Minor Vampires can too. 

    Vampiric Spar is currently under Friendly/Activities in my game.
