Re: Work performance going up way too slowly

Does the sim in question have one of those brand new fears related to dead-end career?
It's said to impair performance and from my experience it really does that.
Otherwise they did make graduation traits affect work performance as well, so they could have nerfed it to move slower without those.

    @jacknifelee They have had that fear on and off but I feel like the performance is slow even when they don't have it. I definitely had a sim "regain passion" and it worked (she became confident) before going to work and the performance only went up half a color segment.

    I don't have HSY so hopefully any "graduation traits" wouldn't affect my game. :/
