Reading books to children, adults read far away of them... and they listen.

I needed to read a book for my son, he was born after an alien raped me hahah. His lifetime aspiration is the genius one, so it asked to read books with adults. I clicked the action and my adult Sim sat on the couch, while my son sat on the backyard, completely separated. The action was completed, but it was kinda weird. I took a picture of what happened, and it happened twice.
