Awesome. I'm looking forward to the Get Famous Actor gig solution in that patch as well. I'll get back to you if this Case Assignment issue occurs again.

@deangranger If you have more than one played sim in the detective career, use the computer to get case. It only shows on the board if a case is not active. The police board can only work on one case at a time. So if another playable sim is in the middle of their case your have to wait for them to finish before you can use the board to gather clues, or get a case.
