Rocks Not Spawning (Patch 1.111)

The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic.

How often does the bug occur? All the time. I have been missing the rocks at the back of my head for some time but once I needed them for an aspiration I noticed it's impossible to find them.
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030 DX11

Life and Death, Growing Together, HIgh School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Fitness, Backyard, Luxury Party, Desert Luxe, Carnaval Streetwear, Blooming Rooms, Fashion Street
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Looking for rocks in places where they usually are supposed to spawn (such as the parks in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs)
What happens when the bug occurs? Rocks are not there so it's not possible to find the collectibles
What do you expect to see? Rocks
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Nothing
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The rocks still spawn normally at the science lab career site (Get to Work).
