[ROM] Repairio Spell not working on tea brewer

@MsLaLa37 Are you usually using mods/cc ? Could this have been a mod doing it ? (never used the spell on that so not sure).

      Which language are you playing the game in? 
      How often does the bug occur? 
      What is your current game version number? 
      What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 
      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
      What happens when the bug occurs? 
      What do you expect to see? 
      Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
      Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? 

      Please also add pack tags according to this list and adjust your title so that it reflects the issue better. This helps people to refind the thread

        @crinrict I filled out the template prior to posting, but it doesn’t give me an option to submit. I only have the option to preview or cancel.
