Just a regular residential lot each time it has happened. I am moving the sims via the phone or computer move household interaction and selling furniture since I was not using money cheats for the playthrough. I have tried redoing it several times to see if it does not occur and if it happened the first time it is almost guaranteed to happen again doing it over. This has happened to two different household saves so far.
This happened to me to yesterday. I moved my Sims by phone from brindelton bay to oasis springs, sold the furniture and then I saw that I had 0 money, so I went into build/buy sold some stuf I had in inventory and then I suddenly got the rosebud achievement and maxed out on money. I have MCCC mod, no other CC.
