Rosebud Achievement & Simoleons Max Out Randomly When Moving Household

I just got my game working for the Reaper Event by deleting the the avatar and dbcache(i cant remember exactly).  I had repaired the game before playing.  I moved my sim from a tiny home in Sulani and sold furnitue to another tiny home in Sulani this time keeping furnitue.  Her funds apperead correct upon the move (17,000).  I started moving items from her inventory onto the lot and using BB.  When I closed BB, the Rosebud achievement appeared and I had maxed out funds.
