Just happened to me this evening. Was annoyed with the fence to platform glitch so decided to move my family. Going from San Seqouia to Bridleton Bay caused me gaining Rosebud achievement/money. 

I moved via phone and "sold furniture" upon moving in. 

I feel like I hit the lottery, and now I'm going house shopping. 🤣
