Rosebud Achievement & Simoleons Max Out Randomly When Moving Household

This has happened to me a few times when I am selling a lot with all furnishings I previously had. One thing I have noticed as a trend is that the lots I’ve moved to were off the grid lots? I’m not sure if this is a trend anyone else has noticed but it really throws me off when I’m doing a rags to riches challenge lol I do own multiple packs and play on PC. I do more recently use a few mods, but had this issue before I started using mods too, probably a few months ago.
