[RRK] Sims can't grab a drink together from drink tray

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get together, city living, seasons,island living,cottage living, spa day, dine out, parenthood, jungle adventure, luxury party, romantic garden, backyard stuff, bowling night,tiny living, paranormal,home chef hustle, little campers kit, blooming rooms kit, greenhouse haven kit, book nook kit, modern luxe kit, castle estate kit and Riviera retreat kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the mint citrus drink tray from riviera retreat kit in home lot/vacation rental and invite over NPCs
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims can't call to grab drink from Riviera retreat drink tray and when placed in residential lot NPC won't grab drinks also my foodie sim had the uncomfortable moodlet from the drink I thought since it was a nectar drink the moodlet would be happy instead but it's not fancy enough for foodie sims
What do you expect to see? An option to call NPCs to drink or the ability to form a group of sims and grab a drink together from the tray
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've noticed that npc sims won't grab drinks from the tray and I have no option to call them either, in community lots the drink tray from spa days gets used by townies but I would love to see it working in residential lots, I haven't tried with the backyard stuff one tho...
