[S] Can't WooHoo With Flower Bunny

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Romance the Flower Bunny, then try to woohoo with him.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no option to woohoo with the flower bunny in his social menu. The only way to see an option is to click on valid options. And even then, the only option is just 'try for baby.' There is no option to just woohoo. When clicking the 'try for baby' option, nothing happens. The action doesn't even appear in my Sim's queue at all.
What do you expect to see? Our Sims should be able to woohoo and try for baby with the Flower Bunny. Options to both woohoo and try for baby should be available on valid objects and in his social menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Long story short, woohoo with the Flower Bunny is broken. And before anyone says that it probably isn't supposed to be possible to begin with, you CAN have children with both Father Winter AND Patchy. This is hardly anymore unusual than that. And at the very least, the option to try for baby is there, but it isn't working.
