[S] Child sim stretches when struck by lightning

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all, including seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trigger child struck by lightning by giving wrong gift to gnome during harvestfest
What happens when the bug occurs? The child stretches first, is then struck by lightning and stretches back
What do you expect to see? No stretching
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

We are no longer tracking this issue as we've not received any player saves here, or any recent reports of the issue occurring in The Sims 4 Bug Reports.
