[S] Freezing to death indoors (wearing cold weather outfit, no thermostat)

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansions except horse ranch, all game packs except Journey to Batuu, 10 stuff packs (knitting, paranormal, luxury party, spooky, toddler, patio, cool kitchen, vintage glamor, laundry, tiny living), and 2 kits (simtimates, blooming rooms)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in a household with seasons settings
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims get the freezing moodlet while indoors and wearing cold weather outfit, eventually progresses to death
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to survive being inside even if its chilly outside. Should not need to get the thermostat just to keep them from dying
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
