[S] [GRO] Black outlines on San Sequoia park tree in spring

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the park area in the Gilbert Gardens neighbourhood in San Sequoia. Start in spring and look at the tree as the flowers in the bushes around it start to show, the tree will get black outlines on it's flowers
What happens when the bug occurs? the flowers on the tree get a horrible black outline.
What do you expect to see? no black outline
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Yep! Not only the tree but there is one more grass item that's entirely black but is placed everywhere. In spring too!

    The same tree found in Mt. Komorebi that comes with Snowy Escape was having that heavy black outline around the flowers when in fall. (i didn't chech in spring)

    Mayby someone can joined the 2 bugs under just one, S, SE and GRO.

    You can find the SE bug report under : Mt Komorebi black flowers. I join a picture of the one in Mt. Komorebi.

    I thought this was a faulty terrain mod until I started a vanilla save! So annoying, it's clearly a missing texture issue.
