[S] [LS] Jacaranda Tree's don't get snow covered (incl debug varient)

What is your current game version number? 100% of the time
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the jacaranda tree in the snow 
What happens when the bug occurs? The tree loses its leaves, but snow doesnt gather.
What do you expect to see? Snow gathering on the left over branches
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not since 1.108's release
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No.
