[S] Sims Skin color not turning back to normal after being chilled

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but starwars and male fashion kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get sim chilled
What happens when the bug occurs? My child sim got chilled and turned blue. When she got inside and the debuff disappeared she stayed blue. Tried giving her a bath, aging up to a teen and warming by a fireplace (in that order). Nothing changed still blue.
What do you expect to see? Sim turning back to normal after chilled debuff goes away.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
