@Kyr0e Could you encircle the issue and maybe upload the pic to a third party site and post the link. I really can't see anything on that picture.
Clipping has always been an issue though and sometimes whole trees show through the wall.

Here it is I uploaded it to imgur after a quick jaunt into paint. Should be easier to see once zoomed in.

@crinrict I've done some light testing, and it seems that it may be a winter-exclusive problem. Yes, my problem and the other thread you linked have the same effects and parameters.
