Unfortunately I save a lot and all save files are after he moved out. And in all of them he is back to being a teen. But I will try moving him out and saving. But it would be a shame if his kids and all the progress was lost.

I got into one of the corrupted files and moved him out again. This time it seemed to save.
And I want to clarify something. The whole calendar reset to the day of his birthday. And all Sims and relationships are reset to that point. The only thing still there is the house I build for him and his wife. Even the two cribs of the babies are still there. That's what is so weird to me.
Yes, I copied ver0 to another folder before trying to recover it from the save folder. Will send it to you as soon as I get toy PC. Thank you 🙂
