Scare Seeker Lot Challenge doesn't complete

Had this too but it all of a sudden became finished when I just kept playing and also finished catching 3 fishes, which gave enough event points to go claim a reward from the event reward UI. When I clicked to open the reward UI, it finished the lot challenge too and I got 2 rewards. I didn't leave lot, didn't restart or fix game. Have no mods. So I have no idea why it didn't complete the lot challenge quest before I had earned enough points from other quests to claim a reward.
