Scientist career serum name bug

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick Scientist career and wait for the specific quest to pop up.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says you have to craft Fixer's Luck, but the description you get once you hover the task says that it's the Need Fixer that you have to make. The first serum doesn't fullfill the quest, the second one does.
What do you expect to see? It should show up the name of the right serum.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

Sorry, the screenshot is in Finnish. I underlined the name's of the serums, as you can see, the names are different from each others.
I don't know how long this has been happening, this is the first time I'm playing on a character on Scientist career.
