[SE] Hungry for Love Lifestyle not getting unlocked

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game and try everything possible to make your sim get the Hungry for Love lifestyle.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will not unlocked or the hungry for love lifestyle no matter what I tried.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get that lifestyle like any others if I fulfill continuously trying to make it happen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I tried everything possible, like watching romance channel on TV, reading romance books, making my sim only using romance interaction, having my sims ask to be girlfriend to every girl he hooked up with etc... marrying sim, having affairs etc... it simply does not work and when I tried to cheat it, the lifestyle goes into a risk of loosing lifestyle state and eventually I loose it no matter what I make my sim do. This has never worked for me, upon release of Snowy escape until now.

    @Francoisf30  This one is so annoying. Its also impossible for me to unlock this lifestyle in the game without cheats but even then they will lose it so fast no matter you are doing all the romance stuff all the time like you wrote. But 3 days single and they will get the single and loving it lifestyle.

    I hope they fix this because I love the lifestyle, they are great, and thats my biggest grunge about it. It also nice that it is part of the compatibility feature...

    Ok I'm thankful for this post because I thought this was just me and I was not being thirsty -- I mean hungry enough.

    I felt like I tried everything and it just does not happen. Also just as @keinluigi mentions, single and loving it feels tooooo easy to get.

    why has this lifestyle still not been fixed? my sims could not be more in love with eachother and are always consuming romantic media there's literally no reason they should be losing this lifestyle constantly?
