It is called komorebi shrubbery, must be on a wedding venue for it to come up, also when searching for it on wedding venue it will only come up there and will not open a secction in the oobjects by function

There it is! So weird.
You're absolutely right. Once I placed it, I could not use the eyedropper to copy it. Also, it does not appear in a search if I'm on a different lot. It doesn't show in the plants menu at all, regardless of what lot I'm on.
I filtered for Get Together and Jungle Adventure to show those bushes are available but the Snowy Escape one isn't.

@JonaO703I think it's that hidden bush that exists only in the hike on Mt. Komorebi (which is now buggy). With cheats enabled it seems to me that it becomes available to everyone. Nope sorry I checked, it's really not available.
Hey! Hmmm ... I didn't know the bush was hidden. I haven't played with SE very much at all. It still seems strange that I only see the bush as available for wedding venues like @gooochyeee reported. It's there even when I disable cheats. Perhaps the bush was flagged by mistake then?
