[SE] SalaryPerson Career: CAS Reward doesn't unlock

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except Nifty Knitting, Journey to Batuu, Vampires and Realm of Magic.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS career reward in SalaryPerson career, which can be obtain by purchasing Snowy Escape expansion pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my simmer promote their job to max level in SalaryPerson career, some of the CAS career reward did not shown or unlocked in CAS section such as business suit, which I saw a little different than the Business career CAS items.
What do you expect to see? All CAS career reward for SalaryPerson career have to be unlocked and can be used in CAS section.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
