[SE] Salaryperson Career Outfit unavailable in CAS

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Get to Work, High School Years, Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Batuu, Strangerville, Crystal Creations, Spooky Stuff, and a handful of kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playthrough the Salaryperson career from Snowy Escape and pick the Supervisor branch. The outfit to wear is not available in CAS or using the modify career outfit cheat.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing game-breaking or the like but it is annoying that an outfit is not available even when trying to use cheats.
What do you expect to see? The outfit being available in CAS like other career unlock outfits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The outfit is not available to wear or customize even going through the Salaryperson career. Trying the modify career outfit cheat doesn't show the outfit either.
