[SE] Workaholic: Sims stay tense for work from home/decorator/.. career

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most of them, minus cottage living, laundry day, and the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a sim with the workaholic trait in a job that doesn't require them "going" to work, like the work from home jobs and the home decorator career.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn't register sims as "at work" or "working" for purposes of the workaholic trait, making them be tense all the time and wanting to "go to work" even when the are actively working from home or at a gig.
What do you expect to see? My workaholic sims not being tense when they are working every day or currently working, even when working from home or at an active gig.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I first noticed this with a sim in the critic career from city living--they would get tense whenever I had them work from home, the game treated like they were on vacation, and I could only get it to go away if I sent them to work rather than working from home, which was kind of a bummer as that does take some of the fun out of having a work from home job. But it's become a really difficult problem with my sim in the home decorator career--she will be constantly tense when at a gig, when I'm trying to interact with the clients and learn their preferences, and she'll even autonomously try to "go to work"...when she is at an active gig! I have to keep cheats on so I can't catch her and reset her to keep her from leaving the lot in the middle of a job, as I couldn't just x-out and cancel the action. 

I'm honestly not sure how they even got the workaholic traits in the first place if the game doesn't count working form home or gigs as "being at work". But I really hope they fix it, preferably so that doing work actions when working from home and being at gigs will register as working for the purposes of the workaholic lifestyle, but if that's not possible, maybe at least make so sims that work form home all the time or only go on active gigs don't get that lifestyle in the first place.
