[SE] Workaholic: Unable to Go to Work Off Hours

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, City Living, Get Together, Discover University, Eco Living, Get to Work, Snowy Escape, Get Famous, Island Living, Seasons, Outdoor retreat, Realm of Magic, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Tiny living stuff, Spooky Stuff, Vintage Glamour, Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on any sim with the workaholic trait
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click on a workaholic sim the option to "Go to Work on Off Hours" doesn't appear at any time of the day
What do you expect to see? Sims with the workaholic trait should be able to Go to Work on Off Hours to avoid the tense moodlet that occurs if you don't do it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hello, I'm sot sure how long this bug has been here since I just had my first workaholic sims ever, I also made sure to check every mods I own but turns out the bug is still here even after I removed them all. Attached a screen of the exception report.

    @GriffonCoulant I have this too. For me the option is greyed out, saying it’s too close to the regular working hours to go. However it was 3 days until next shift. So now my sim is stuck with the tense moodlet for days.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except journey to batuu and wedding stories
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with the workaholic lifestyle try to go to work off hours.
    What happens when the bug occurs? They are unable to go to work off hours keeps getting greyed out saying they must have work hours soon.
    What do you expect to see? I expect my workaholic sim to be able to go to work off hours without issue.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

    My sim with the workaholic lifestyle is unable to go to work off hours regardless of what job she's had. She's had part time jobs and couldn't work off hours, now she has a full time job and still cannot work off hours; changing lots, resetsim, moving sim to a new house/lot has not fixed this.
