Secret Agent Career: "Take Risks" Prevents Promotion & Gives Wrong Moodlets

Can confirm.

I started a brand new save after the newest patch with a refreshed Documents folder.

Followed these instructions above and got the same result. Sent a sim to work on the Secret Agent career and selected "Take Risks" for his work performance. He was close to a level up. By the time he got off work his performance was excellent with a checkmark for level up. When the sim got off work he didn't receive a promotion, and just the typical work day message of money earned.

I started a brand new save on PC after the latest update 1.84.171.1030. I have no mods installed. A clean vanilla game.
