Might be best to move the entire mods folder to the desktop, then delete that file and see if the issue persists to rule out any mod conflicts.
Would be good to know if it's limited to that couple as well.

@crinrict Done what you said and the problem is still there. I tried out other couples from other saves and a new save and it's the same for all of them. The option is still greyed out.

It's possible that it's not working if you're missing a certain pack. Hopefully others will post if they have the same issue. Currently don't have much time for testing myself.
