Several Major Bugs/Issues PS4

Since patches 1.95-1.96 there has been several major issues. I do not play with any mods because I am on the PS4 console. The first problem is I cannot plant any basil or parsley. And I cannot Brew any potions that require the basil or parsley like the nimble mind potion. The second issue is my tenants keep walking in my house even if my door is locked locking doors does not work at all and this is with the for rent pack as a property owner and living on the same plot of land. The other issue with the spellcaster pack also is you cannot study any magical tomes the option is not even there. With the horse ranch pack the ranch hands do not work and if you fire them they continue to come back to your house as if they are still hired. When you leave your home lot and come back some of my items from my basement end up in my house so inventory and I have to place them back on the shelves in the basement. When trying to resume a knit you cannot do it even when you click on frogging it and progress that doesn't work resuming it doesn't work either. These are just some of the major issues that I'm dealing with in our very very annoying please fix I did everything on my part clean my cache rebuild my database uninstall and reinstall the game pretty much everything I could do in my part already did many times and nothing's helping so hopefully this letter get these things fixed and thank you in advance.
