@Nozladi I merged your post with a more general thread but I believe that's the same issue you're also facing as the sister connection is not showing properly.

@crinrict Seems like they're the same issue. Missing family tree designation seems to be happening to other NPCs as well. Thank you.

    Has anyone heard if EA have acknowledged this? I've not spotted it on any patch notes and it's still continuing
