i’m having this problem too. basically all the couppler appartaments look like they have nothing inside, but when you go to build mode you can actually see the things inside. the sims won’t enter no matter what i do.
ye same i have the exact same issue, you can see/build the appartment but as soon as you play its glitched, (look at photos), im gonna try to fix it. if i have i will let you know on the forum

other Apartments in its complex dont have this issue, its hard to figure out wat it is.

the game kinda fixed it itself i waited until one roommate was inside the appartment and the other somewhere outside, I orderd the person who was outside to come back into the house, then i get the loading screen and the appartment apears with the kitchen, tv, everything.
ill give you a step by step guide that worked for me:
Step 1
have 2 sims for apparment
Step 2
wait until one of the sim is inside the apparment (the other sim haves to be outside the appartment)
Step 3
Click on the sim that is outside the apparment
Step 4
Order the sim that is outside to go back into the house
