@queenovsheba Not being able to re-enroll after being expelled is by design.
Could you please check your actual game version at the bottom of the main main and edit your post accordingly.
It's not only low performance that can you get expelled. Did you get any form of detention first ? Did you have mods in when you were first expelled ?
If you test a clean save that never has had any mods in, do you still get expelled for no reason ?
