@coleji08 Does it say you have all the ingredients or did you check if you have them all ? Sometimes there's invisible ingredients that count but they can't be used making the game bug out.

I checked. Also noticed that if I click for her to make the rejuvenation potion and then pick another one. She makes the rejuvenated one. But I have to pick the one I want first then a random one. I hope this makes sense.
