Simmer stays grungy after shower

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? Newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get grungy - shower
What happens when the bug occurs? The dirty bar rises from the left to the right, but the color doesn't change from red. The green cloud and the uncomfortable grungy moodlet stays, tried different showers, they do not work. Resetsim also does not work.
What do you expect to see? Bar rises getting green, moodlet and cloud disappears and he is now clean.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The bar that shows, his cleanliness is high. But it's still red

@zleepybeazzt Was it a one time thing or did you have it happening again after fixing ?

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods/cc ?
  • It only happened that one time.

I have not had mods touch this gameplay in any way (I have reset my pc, and redownloaded since I had mods) So it shouldn't be a problem.
