Simpedia research maxes motor skill for kids very fast

@alakurielle I merged your post with the existing thread but to be sure by doing research you mean the Key commander ?

    @crinrictNo, they were doing the Simpedia research, which should (and did) level up their Mental Skill, not Motor at all. They also didn't have the Motor Skill aspiration, so I don't think this is actually the same issue?

      @alakurielle I'm guessing it's the same root cause but guess it's best to keep separate then.

        @crinrict Hey, I see you edited the title, but it's the motor skill that max leveled with researching, not the mental skill (though that saw normal gains at the same time). That's why the bug is so weird, it leveled up an unrelated skill at the same time somehow.
