Sims 4 - my sim always mixes her food in the bathroom!

So I seem to have this issue for the first time ever in a house I just built! She gets stuff out of the fridge and goes 3 floors up to cook on benches that don't have any room with the perfumes etc sticking through the board!

I am figuring its a problem to do with the move objects cheat as just once I switched the cheat off and all of a sudden bingo she cooked on the kitchen bench tops! I then had to enable move objects again to fix things that had moved when I placed the lot! Yet again she is back to using the bathroom on top of all the decorative items to cook! When normally they wouldn't be able to cook on those bench tops cause they are full! What is going on here?? Is this a bug?? I have move objects plus cheats turned off doing how you need too! But she still keeps going to use the bathroom to cook! even though the benchtops normally would not allow them too cause they have items on them??

Please help! What is going on here?? Its gross I always cancel there cooking cause I just can't stand them to cook in the bathroom and its this house only! I have even tried replacing the benchtops, checking to see if all the benches were level tried switching move objects off and it worked once then other times even after turning it off an item was still going to allow me to place it in the middle of the microwave! Which makes me certain this is an issue in sims 4 with the move objects cheat doing something?? But I am not sure!
