Ok I've changed it

seems to me, the pictures in my sim inventory are correct 

But the photos on the wall are still blanks 

I haven't got the time to checked my other households

Hopefully my other households (the ones that I haven't played since the problem begins) are okay

@rebunkman Did all of them turn black at the same time (wall and inventory) ? are they others working fine ?

    @crinrict 

    - all in the walls were blacks

    - but not all in the inventory were blacks 

    Sorry but I haven't got the time to play these couple of days to test some more with the Dx9. I will keep updated when I get the chance to play.

    @crinrict 

    Turns out, every time I applied a filter (bright, sepia, etc) those photos turning blacks again. 

    ☹️

    And when I choose "no filter" again, it stays black ☹️

    @GiardiniDiMarzo DirectX 11 issues are separate. They go in that thread. This is only for issues with DX9.

    @rebunkman said they had the issue with DX9 so goes here. If those people have issues with DX9 too then they posted in the wrong thread and I'm not going to take it apart. Would just be too much work.
