Sims 4 Bugs, Glitching & Issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of the expansion packs except for the Rent or newest one.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am having consistent issues with my gameplay on my Mac and also horrible glitches and issues on my Windows device. There are way to many issues, glitches and bugs in the game that make playing almost impossible and unenjoyable. I paid a lot of money for a lot of these packs to not at least have a smooth, enjoyable and sufficient gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are issues with the sims glitching when hugging, picking up laundry, caring for toddlers, when I send my sims on a date there is no host at all present to play or proceed amongst many other issues and errors. Please can someone update and repair these issues.
What do you expect to see? There are many issues and bugs appearing in the game. I try to bathe the toddler and water is under the tub where they can't clean it, no host available and dine out not working at all, laundry glitching, constantly putting kid down, unable to have the sims cook together, not walking the dog, gardening not working. There are more to list but this is the basis that there needs to be an update to address these issues.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the recent update a lot of errors and issues kept occurring.
