Sims 4 can't create menu

Resolution: Hi, I know I am years late but I was having this same problem and when I go into create custom menu and click in to give the options. Trash the current menu and it should reset with all options (appetizers, drinks, main course, and dessert) thanks !

    Thanks this worked. Love how EA just dives it must be mods. Because forbid they messed up. lol
