Sims 4 For Rent not showing that I own my rental + other bugs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Own a rental lot that you built yourself then go into live mode. In owned rentals, it will say you don't own any lots. If you go into build mode and then live mode, it shows that you own it then. It also does not show all the units that you have available. I have 8 lots for rent but only shows that 4 are available. The game also won't let me change my entryway to a shared living area. Also, rent is extremely high for a unit I have even after the new patch came out.
What happens when the bug occurs? In owned rentals, it says you don't have any rentals and to purchase one. If I try to purchase the one I built, it says I own it on the map. Doesn't show all units available once it decides to show that you do in fact own your rental unit (after exiting build mode). Also, rent is extremely high even after the patch came out and won't let me change my entry and hallway into a shared room.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the rental I built and own in the "owned rentals/businesses" tab without having to enter and exit build mode every time. I also expect to see all my units there and that I can change my hallways to a shared room. I want to see my unit's rent be normal (not 4 million) as well.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I installed the Sims 4 For Rent, spent hours building a retirement home rental, then was unable to change my hallways and entryway into shared spaces, one unit's price is in the millions (even after the new patch from today), and I can't see that I own it when I am in live mode (through the owned businesses/rental tab). If I go into build mode and then back to live mode it then shows my rental on the owned businesses tab (I attached two screenshots). I am also not able to see all my units in the owned tab (I do have eight units with the cheat, but it only shows four). I am very disappointed because I was so looking forward to this game but now I can't play it until it is fixed. I took all my mods out of the game and it is still acting this way.
