Sims 4 Get Famous Bunny Suit Bug

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Werewolves, Dream Decor, Weddings, First Pets, Nifty Knitting, Laundry Day, and Paranormal. And the new unreleased High School EP which I don't think anyone has yet until the 28th or something.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well I've been playing on this save for a while, but if you max out most skills apart from flower arranging, photography, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, cross stitching, djing, parenting, fishing and archaeology. I was called to work, I don't recall receiving the pop-up option for Join or Send alone for an acting gig. I was just taking all these photos on the camera before the acting gig came about, clicked to take a photo of a sim nearby, and I must of hit send alone, but all my sim did, was go to spawn zone, and change into a bunny outfit and stayed home, and it said they were at work, I selected the option work hard, I can still do everything with my sim, apart from use inventory and phone- anything that would normally be the case if working from home lot instead of at the job in-person. Not sure what this is, I recall seeing this one other time when a sim appeared on my lot, they were in the same outfit, but I ignored them and went about my business.
What happens when the bug occurs? I stay home instead of working, but it says I'm working with those point-and-click options to work hard, socialize, etc.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim gone for a handful of hours to work. But I'm just confused at the moment. I've walked them back inside.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This might be something to do with the 'Get Famous' pack more than anything because this outfit I believe is only from 'Get Famous'.
