Sims 4 High School Years Teens not moving entire school day!

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? NS
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Get Together Get Famous Season Highschool Years Moonlight Chic Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to high school, and try attending classes or doing any actions.
What happens when the bug occurs? Teen sims just stand in one place the entire school day.
What do you expect to see? i try to do actions or attend class, but my teen doesn't move neither do other teens.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Just got The sims 4 Highschool years.

and when going to the school lot to start taking my classes, my sim does not move when trying to do actions or attending classes....a lot of the other teens do not move either the entire school day.

cant go to classes or do anything.

    Hi @Dmariiee 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    Hi, just wanted to know if this worked because I am dealing with same problem and this is the only post I’ve seen about this issue

    How do I fix this? I follow a teen to school but they and most of the whole school kids stand outside and won't move.I tried using build to move them myself but Sims 4 won't let me.The only thing I can think to do is delete whole family and never follow teens to school again.I use mods and custom content.Are they getting a lot of these bug reports and can they fix it?
