Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Toddler milestones do not complete during game play. Playing letter flashcards with my toddler does not complete the learn letters milestone. The Max speed milestone did not complete when my toddler reached level 5 movement. Same with Running. Despite my twins having max relationship they do not qualify as having childhood friends. Most of the milestones are not working and I have had to do work-around but some will not trigger no mater what I try.

What do you expect to see? I would expect to play and achieve milestones without having to do them multiple times and then looking up cheat codes and forums to find a way to trigger the earned reward.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
