Sims can’t get married

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know I just am not sure how my sims can’t get married. I’ve got everything but it isn’t working
What happens when the bug occurs? Both my sims have been engaged. I have got the arch and everything ready but when I start the wedding invites it says you must get engaged.
What do you expect to see? I hope that this can be fixed in anyway or if I’m doing anything wrong, what am I doing wrong?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @PoptartJuniper No I don’t think so. If they are married that’s fine and I’m sorry for making a big fuss about it I’m just so confused why I can’t have the wedding party invite thing.

    @iizxlxcy They can't have a wedding party if they are already married.

    It's absolutely okay to post about your issues, that's what we are here for! Trying to get to the bottom of the issue, so you can enjoy your game.

    @EA_Lanna Hiya! Sorry haven’t checked my box for a while. Its still not working and I’m still confused. Someone said they are already married but they never had a wedding party.
