Sims can't change into the nude (Option grayed out with no children around)

This forum isn't working on my pc so I put a lot of the questions in myself. I'm not getting them for some reason even when starting a new topic on my pc.

How can we find this bug?

Click on change to nude in the outfits and it's greyed out. It says your sims can't do this because there is a child in the dwelling. There wasn't a child were my sims were in that new penthouse in Ciu Dad. It was just my couple.

How often does this happen?

100% of the time.

This may effect skinny dipping as well but I didn't test that. I hope to see this bug fixed by November if not sooner.
